So Molly and Matthew and brad and mason and max went all around the house in such for Sarah. Then Molly and Matthew and brad and mason and max were on their way to the basement to check for her and then they found a box that had been open and then Molly and Matthew and brad and mason and baby max all yells sarah and there she was so Molly and Matthew and brad and mason and baby max told sarah to get out of that future box and come up to your room and wait for mommy and Daddy Molly and Matthew and brad and mason and baby max were so happy to see sarah because Molly and Matthew and brad and mason and baby max thought she would be gone forever and then Molly called their mommy and daddy that they found her in the future box and then when their mommy and daddy got home Sarah got grounded for going in to the future box without asking First. So Martha and Nathan had to close the future box and put it in the big closet in the basement and then they locked the closet doors so then Molly and Sarah and Matthew and brad and mason and baby max would not get lots in the future but molly sarah and Matthews and brad and mason and baby max mommy and daddy told them that they were going to go to the future but there mommy and daddy told them to stay here for until we a while after grandma lacy comes to visit and then you guys and grandma can come. They put Molly in charge until Grandma got here and their mommy and daddy ask Matthew to help them with the future box because he has the keys. So when Matthew was done helping their mommy and daddy and then he said bye to them and Matthew went up to his sisters and brothers and Grandma lacy. so Molly and Sarah and Matthew and brad and mason and baby max and Grandma lacy all went down to the basement to go in the future box and find their mommy and daddy. So when they got in to the box to the future it was Matthew and Sarah's birthday Today and to day is July 8th 2016 Sarah and Matthew are 13 and 5 years old now and they found their mommy and daddy Nathan and Martha and they were happy to see the birthday boy and girl Matthew and sarah each got their own room with gives in them. Buttonholed - A Parable
1 part / 3 pages
,
updated Nov 30, 2013

Churches are not always the best places to learn about the love of God. Some Christians seem to be almost afraid that someone might get into the Kingdom of God who shouldn’t be there and they act as God’s gatekeepers to make sure you understand the serious requirements and ongoing obligations.  It seems such a shame when the Father (for that’s what we are told to call him by Jesus) is outrageously even scandalously careless about who he invites. Hence this parable about buttons…. - a story for children.

Curing Arthritis without Drugs: A Natural Way to Manage Joint Pains
1 part / 37 pages
,
updated Dec 06, 2013

Joint pains affect a person’s temperament, activity and body movements to perform his normal daily business. This disability is detrimental to national economy because of patient’s inability to perform his functions properly and the necessity of his frequent absence from work. The patient feels pain in his joints because of their inflammation and inflammation is due to different and complex causes. Some may think that advanced age is the sole reason of these afflictions with their different names. Others may attribute them to a decrease in secretion of certain chemical substances by the body. Disturbance of a person’s immune system in certain circumstances may cause such afflictions. Similarly, heredity may be a cause and though scientific findings have not confirmed heredity as a causative factor this much is certain that a baby born of a mother afflicted with this disease will show the symptoms of this disease during his childhood in the form of pains or other suffering in different organs of his body.

Tracing the life of my father, the dramas and circumstances of both his life and the lives of his family reflected in a time and influences that can never be repeated.  From his birth in the Canadian prairie wilderness, his military world, his bout with bootlegging, a death in the street, his marriage to a Swedish immigrant and her story, and to the family, relatives , and friends whose lives were inevitably drawn together in times, places, and situations now long gone.  It is an insight through the lives of one man and his family, how superficial appearances  of what appears to be mundane and ordinary people can and do hide remarkable, exciting  and sometimes, bizarre, stories.  Lastly, for families everywhere, their antecedents had stories they should know, in order to understand what constituents they, indeed, are made of.

Fag Hag
1 part / 3 pages
,
updated Oct 16, 2014

This is the beginning of how I became a Fag Hag, from surviving childhood in the suburbs: raised by narcissistic, drunken, homophobic parents (and that's their good points) - to developing wonderful friendships with gay men (one gay man in particular). And lesbians. And bisexual, pansexual, transgender people. I could almost have called this book Gay - had it not been for the unfortunate discovery of my own heterosexuality, and the ensuing disaster this has proven to be, hence this is Fag Hag. Where everybody else is getting way more sex. It's twisted, comical and self-deprecating. And almost undeniably, unforgivably true. Cinderella only exists here in the form of a Drag Queen on ecstasy. The straight Cinders burnt to death in an unfortunate wig-cigarette burning incident on her way home from a fancy dress party.

Imagine...A Better World
1 part / 325 pages
,
updated Apr 30, 2017

"Imagine...A Better World" is intended as a critique of global society and the development processes we have adopted so far. Though there is no denying that there have been remarkable advances made in a variety of areas, it aims to draw our attention to some of the adverse after-effects. Furthermore, there are graphic descriptions of how large sections of our society have been left untouched by whatever development has taken place. Therefore, there is an ‘unfinished agenda’. It raises a series of haunting questions. How to reach the fruits of development to the rural poor, the underprivileged, the physically handicapped, the female child? How to ensure that what passes for development is not achieved at the expense of nature and the environment? How to organise popular movements for the restoration of values and genuine peace in society?
